To continue to serve as Chicago’s solutions center, the company needed to continue to hire and train line employees to quickly learn the roll form process, help decrease production time and, in effect, increase quality product output.

AKA worked with JRF to determine communications challenges and objectives, and identify a strategic communications solution that would support the company’s end purpose.

Create a comprehensive end-to-end video training solution, consisting of introductory training videos that visually communicate important information to new line workers as part of the required JRF training process.

AKA created the first in a series of dual-language training videos, featuring video footage, 3D graphics and visual treatments to provide foundational knowledge of the roll form process. The series is formatted to be part of an online Learning Management System, which will allow the company to administer, train, track and report training in a completely digital, streamlined format.
